The Illinois Committee on Black Concerns in Higher Education Annual Conference is scheduled April  24 – April 25, 2012 in Springfield, Illinois. An opening reception with legislators and college presidents will occur on Tuesday, April 24 and conference sessions will be held on Wednesday, April 25.
